We have had a wonderful experience with PTS. My daughter loves working with Mandy for Occupational Therapy. The staff and therapists are caring and professional.
We are so grateful to have Primary Therapy in our lives. Our daughter has gone there since she was 4 months old and is now 11. She does physical, occupational, and speech with them, as well as social group in the summer. Through them she has also been able to do horse therapy, swim therapy, and climbing therapy. She has worked with many different therapists over the years, and their care, knowledge, and commitment has always shined through. They provide so many services to families in the communities through fundraising and various programs. We are so grateful to have Primary in our community.
We were referred to Primary by our Pediatrician.DPT Kyle Vanden Bosch is very professional and attentive. He figures out what’s best for each individual, and doesn’t treat you in a “cookie cutter” style. He very knowledgeable and great at explaining treatment. Thank you Kyle for being a breath of fresh air and truly helping our baby out!On a side note- They do switch therapist on every visit unless requested. This has caused some issues in treatment. Hence the reason I gave them 4 stars.
We love PTS! They were absolutely fantastic with our son who had a severely broken femur. They provided months of therapy and strengthening for him. We met with a few different staff members and each one was kind and helpful, pushing and encouraging him to get better and better! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs therapy!
